Booking

How do I book a flight on FareEagle?

Search for flights by entering your origin, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers. Select a flight from the results, enter passenger details, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your PNR.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the passenger's details (name as per ID, date of birth) during booking. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address on your account.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

After successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and PNR. You can also check your booking status in your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and FareEagle wallet balance.

Cancellation & Refunds

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to your dashboard, find the booking, and click "Cancel". You can also contact our support team. Cancellation charges apply as per our refund policy.

How long do refunds take?

Wallet refunds are instant. Refunds to UPI/cards take 5-7 business days. Net banking refunds take 7-10 business days.

Can I get a full refund?

Full refunds are available when the airline cancels your flight. For customer-initiated cancellations, airline penalties and our service fee are deducted.

Modifications

Can I change my travel date?

Yes. Submit a modification request from your dashboard. Date changes are subject to airline policies, fare differences, and a processing fee.

Can I change the passenger name?

Minor spelling corrections may be possible within 24 hours of booking. Full name changes are generally not allowed by airlines.

Account

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" and register with your email or phone number. Verify via OTP and you're ready to book.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team at support@fareeagle.com with your account deletion request. Active bookings must be resolved first.

General

Is FareEagle safe to use?

Yes. We use SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and secure payment processing. We never store your full card details.

Do you charge any convenience fee?

A small convenience fee may apply depending on the payment method. This is clearly shown before you confirm payment.
