1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FareEagle website ("www.fareeagle.com") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FareEagle provides an online platform for searching, comparing, and booking flight tickets. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines/suppliers. The actual air transportation is provided by the respective airlines.

3. Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through FareEagle:

• All fares displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until payment is completed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details. Incorrect information may result in denied boarding.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email with a valid PNR.
• Payment methods accepted include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet balance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the fare rules set by the airline for your specific ticket. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

• Cancellation requests must be made through your FareEagle dashboard or by contacting support.
• FareEagle may charge a service fee for processing cancellations, in addition to airline cancellation charges.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or your FareEagle wallet, typically within 5-7 business days.

5. Modifications

Flight modifications (date change, name correction, route change) are subject to airline policies. FareEagle will process modification requests on your behalf, and additional fare differences or processing fees may apply.

6. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• FareEagle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Pricing and Fees

The total price displayed at checkout includes the base fare, applicable taxes, surcharges, and any FareEagle service fee. Prices are dynamic and sourced from airlines/suppliers in real-time. FareEagle does not guarantee that the price shown during search will remain available at the time of booking.

8. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including government-issued photo ID for domestic travel and a valid passport with appropriate visas for international travel. FareEagle is not liable for denied boarding due to inadequate documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

FareEagle acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
• Losses arising from events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Service quality of airlines or other third-party providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the FareEagle website — including design, logos, text, and code — is the property of FareEagle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

FareEagle reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
