EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg opened in 1946. It is operated jointly by France and Switzerland.

The airport served approximately 6.9 million passengers in 2022. Its IATA code is BSL.

The airport is unique as it serves two countries and also provides access to the German city of Freiburg. Future plans include further terminal upgrades to enhance passenger experience.
