💡 Tips for Travellers
1
Purchase a Viva Viagem card and load it with 'zapping' credit for cheaper fares on Carris buses and the metro.
2
The Aerobus is a convenient option for reaching major hotels and tourist areas, but it's slightly more expensive than regular Carris buses.
3
If arriving at Terminal 2, allow extra time for the shuttle bus transfer to Terminal 1 for metro access or other transport options.
4
Consider using ride-sharing services like Uber or Bolt for potentially lower fares compared to traditional taxis, especially during off-peak hours.
