Naha Airport (NAH) opened in 1933 and is operated by Naha Airport Building Co., Ltd. The airport handled approximately 23 million passengers in 2019.
It serves as a major gateway to Okinawa and surrounding islands. Future expansion plans include further development of the cargo facilities.
Naha Airport has two main terminals: the Domestic Terminal and the International Terminal. The Domestic Terminal handles flights within Japan and has multiple boarding gates.
The International Terminal serves international flights and includes customs and immigration facilities. A new Cargo Terminal was completed in 2023.
The airport has a passenger capacity of approximately 20 million passengers per year.
Short-term and long-term parking options are available. Parking rates start at ¥100 per 30 minutes for the first hour, then ¥100 per 30 minutes. Daily maximum is ¥1,500. Pre-booking is not available.
