Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) opened in 1995 and is operated by Cambodia Airports. The airport handled approximately 6 million passengers in 2019.
It serves as the main airport for Phnom Penh and is crucial for Cambodia's connectivity. Future expansion plans are under consideration to accommodate increasing passenger traffic.
Phnom Penh International Airport has two main terminals. Terminal 1 is the older terminal and handles some domestic flights.
Terminal 2, the newer and larger terminal, handles both international and domestic flights. Terminal 2 has a capacity of 5 million passengers per year.
The airport underwent expansion in 2017 to increase its capacity.
Short-term and long-term parking options are available. Rates start at KHR 2,000 per hour for cars. Daily rates are approximately KHR 20,000.
