Reykjavik, Iceland
Keflavik International Airport (KEF) opened in 1987, replacing the older Reykjavik Airport for international flights. It is operated by Isavia.
In 2023, the airport handled approximately 7.8 million passengers. KEF serves as Iceland's primary international gateway and a hub for Icelandair and Play airlines.
Future expansion plans include further development of terminal facilities to accommodate increasing passenger numbers.

The South Building has 14 gates (C21-C34) and the North Building has 13 gates (D21-D33). The terminal has a capacity of approximately 10 million passengers per year.
Recent expansions include the expansion of the South Building completed in 2015.
