Step 1: Tell Aira Where You Want to Go
Message FareEagle on WhatsApp and simply say what you need. You can type naturally, no special format required:

Step 2: Compare and Select Your Flight
Aira shows the top 5 flights with all the details you need: airline, departure and arrival times, duration, stops, and price. Each flight shows layover details for connecting flights, including the via city and wait time.
Instead of typing a number, you simply tap "Select Flight" and choose from a dropdown list. For round trips, you select your departure flight first, then your return flight. Different airlines, different times, mix and match however you want.

Step 3: Enter Passenger Details
After selecting your flight, Aira collects passenger information one step at a time through simple chat messages. The process covers full name, gender (with tap buttons, no typing needed), date of birth with age validation, and passport details for international flights with automatic 6-month validity checking.
For multiple passengers, Aira handles each one individually and confirms the details before moving to the next. Your WhatsApp phone number is automatically used as the contact number.
Once all details are collected, Aira locks your fare in real-time and shows a complete booking summary with the confirmed price. If the price changed since your search (airline fares update constantly), you'll see the exact difference and can choose to accept the new price or search again for fresh fares.
Step 4: Pay and Get Your Ticket
Tap "Confirm & Pay" and you'll receive a secure payment link. Complete the payment, and your booking is confirmed instantly. You'll receive your PNR number, booking reference, and all flight details right in the chat. An e-ticket is sent to your email simultaneously.
If the booking fails for any reason (seats sold out, airline system issue), you're immediately notified on WhatsApp with a clear explanation and no payment is charged.
Round Trips Made Simple
Round trip booking on WhatsApp works just like it does on any travel platform. Search once, pick your departure flight, pick your return flight, enter passenger details once, pay once, and receive your booking confirmation. One booking, one payment, done.
