It is operated by the Metropolitan Airports Commission. In 2023, MSP served over 31 million passengers.
Its IATA code is MSP. It is a major hub for Delta Air Lines and a significant economic engine for the region.
Future expansion plans include further gate expansions and terminal improvements.
Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) has two terminals: Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey.
Terminal 1 has seven concourses (A-G) with 131 gates. Terminal 2 has seven gates (H1-H12, some are odd or even numbered only).
Terminal 1 is the larger of the two, primarily serving Delta Air Lines and its partners. Terminal 2 hosts other airlines including Sun Country, Southwest, and Condor.
In 2016, Terminal 1 completed a major renovation, including improved security checkpoints and a new food court.
Short-term parking is available in both terminals. Daily parking rates range from $26-$35 depending on the ramp. Value parking is available further from the terminals at a lower daily rate of $17. Hourly rates start at $5. Valet parking is available at Terminal 1. Pre-booking is available via the MSP Airport website.
