Bradley International Airport (BDL) opened in 1947 and is operated by the Connecticut Airport Authority. It served approximately 6.7 million passengers in 2019.
BDL is the second-busiest airport in New England. Recent expansions include the ground transportation center completed in 2023.
Bradley International Airport has two terminals: Terminal A and Terminal B. Terminal A has 23 gates (1-12, 14-24).
Terminal B is primarily used for international arrivals. Terminal A underwent a significant expansion project called the 'Elevate BDL' program, completed in 2023, which added a ground transportation center.
