Vadodara Airport (BDQ) was established to improve connectivity to the city of Vadodara. It is operated by the Airports Authority of India.
In fiscal year 2022-23, the airport handled 1.1 million passengers. The airport serves as a gateway to the cultural and industrial hub of Gujarat.

The terminal has a total area of 18,122 sq meters and a capacity to handle 700 passengers per hour. A new integrated terminal building was inaugurated in 2016.
Parking: Car parking is available. Rates are approximately ₹30 for up to 30 minutes, ₹85 for up to 2 hours, and ₹10 per hour thereafter up to 7 hours. ₹250 for 7 to 24 hours.
