Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC) opened in 1967. It is operated by Aena.
In 2023, the airport handled over 15.7 million passengers. It is a major gateway for tourists visiting the Costa Blanca.
The airport is undergoing continuous upgrades to enhance capacity and passenger experience.
Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport has one terminal building. The terminal is spread across six floors: -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Level 0 is for arrivals, and Level 2 is for departures. The airport has 26 gates, labelled A01-A26.
The terminal has undergone expansion, including the construction of a new terminal building which opened in March 2011, replacing the previous two terminals.
General Parking P1: Rates start at approximately €2.40 per hour, with a daily maximum of around €10.80. Long-Stay Parking: Rates are approximately €7 per day.
